And it’s got a touch job to do too.

The Mini mini has been specifically developed to be used inside the Olympic stadiums as a work-horse for the athletic events. Carrying javelins, delivering shot puts and hammers.

The Mini mini is remote controlled (obviously) and can carry a load of about 8kg, or two javelins, a single hammer, or 3 urine samples for testing for foreign substances. Y’know, the usual Olympic stuff.

The battery charge last about 35 minutes before needing a recharge, and the range is about 328-feet.

It looks just like it’s big brother it’s based on: door handles, mirrors, working headlights, windshield wipers, and dual vented disc brakes.

[tweetherder]The Mini mini joins the two other Olympic cars in the fleet, the Mini E and the BMW 1 Series Active E which are tasked with jostling athletes around the Olymplic village and to and from the pub at night.[/tweetherder]
