The iPhone 5 is coming, but as of yet nothing is official. The rumor in the tech world are that it’ll be announced and available in the States in the next few months. Could be any day now. A few months later in South Africa.
But in the meantime, there’s another rumor going around which could trump the news of an iPhone 5: the iPad Mini.
Also being called the iPad Nano, as with anything Apple, I’ll reserve judgment until its actually announced.
The Kindle Fire is dominating the entry-level tablet market like a Sumo wrestler at a Judo competition, and Apple’s plan to crash the party is apparently a 7-8-inch diagonally version of the iPad.
Makes sense for Apple to try something for the budget end of the market.
