OK, granted it’s not the best name in the world, but the Kinvestix fitness equipment certainly makes the best out of the games on the Microsoft Kinect gaming gear.

Used in conjunction with the games and made possible thanks to a system or resistance pullies on the vest and belt, the Kinvestix works you out in front of your TV using a padded ergonomic waist strap and vest.

The pullies are customizable and offer resistance between ½ and 5kgs. Swap them around in the slots on the vest and belt to target different muscle groups.

The V-Motion project works with a motion-based synthesizer that lets you create interactive music and trance-floor-like visuals for the audience watching.

The hack maps the movements of your body to different controls and as you move sound and site comes out. It’s like living in a really trippy Disney cartoon.
